WAREHOUSE RECEIPT--PROVISION PERMITTING COMMINGLING
The goods covered by this warehouse receipt need not be kept separate by the warehouse and may be commingled with other goods notwithstanding the fact that the goods may not be deemed fungible either in law or in fact. The warehouse is not required to deliver the same goods as deposited but shall be at liberty to deliver equivalent goods of the same type and in the same quantity.
